my trade deal went bad and i had paid for most of the transports cost. when joanie found out what had happened SHE CALLED ME and offered to help me out with a partial refund ( the trucker has to get paid no matter what) . i of course accepted joanie's financial rescue. the point here is she called me and offered tp help.........NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
