I originally went with a different transport broker that was recommended to me by a fellow car collector, but that broker wasn't very responsive. So, I went with eBid from when I had previously requested a quote on another car shipment. Danielle was very responsive and gave me a fair quote. Unfortunately, there were no carriers going through Louisiana at the time and Danielle struggled to find a carrier that would pick up the car within the original quoted date. I applaud Danielle though. She worked extra hours and made me a priority when it was getting past the original quote date. She finally found a reliable, safe, and prompt carrier who delivered my car quickly once it was picked up. Danielle went above and beyond to try to get the car I purchased to me a quickly and at the quote price. Some things are beyond our control and Danielle did the best she could to make sure it was a successful transport. I highly recommend eBid and would definitely use them again.
