I was interested in using this company based on reviews, especially their involvement with the military. I was also impressed by the professionalism and promptness of response on my initial contact with Joe. He was willing to work with me on my request for limited (2 day window) pick up dates, which I greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, this request was apparently not communicated to the dispatcher / broker, Danielle. However, she was gracious and patient when she understood my expectation of pick up dates. She had to quickly work to find a driver for the pick up, as it was late when she learned of my dates.
Thankfully, she stepped up in a big way, offering to work after hours to make sure my request was honored, and I believe she fore-go her fee to help me. She followed up with personal communication to me on several occasions, which I greatly appreciated; especially after Joe from E Bid was not returning my email or call to request driver arrival times...
I received no communication at all from Joe or the driver regarding expected window of time for delivery. Joe did not return my email or my call to inquire. After 24 hours I contacted someone else at the company and they advised me the driver should have called. They provided the driver's contact and I called them directly.
The driver gave a window of arrival time which they did not honor, and they did not call to say they would be late. When i contacted them, i was given another window, which they did not honor or call to say they would be late .
It would have been immensely helpful if the E Bid drivers would contact the client to alert them of arrival or deliver, and to let them know if they were running late. I understand traffic conditions are unpredictable, but that is what cell phones are for.
The driver was polite, once he finally arrived. However, no apology for lack of communication or tardiness.
Hours after the car arrived in Houston, I received an email for E Bid saying the car had been picked up in Atlanta.
Again, it was only Danielle (the broker / dispatcher) who stepped up and followed up with me in a timely manner to confirm with me that the car had arrived.
I have another car I would like brought to Houston. If I use E Bid, I would call Danielle first.

Thank you for the feedback. As you stated you were under a very tight window. we honored the dates of the scheduled pick up and price. We move hundreds of cars a month and we do work as a team to move them all. As you can see if one of our associates is tied up, we will have some one else step in and make sure the customer is satisfied at the end of the day.
