I was online looking at cars, and I found the car of my dreams yet, it was out of my reach. I started up my search engine and began searching for automobile services that seemed reliable. I needed a company that I could trust. I called a few other services however, Ebid Transport pricing was more affordable, not only were their prices amazing but, so was their customer service. Danielle was my salesperson, not only was she knowledgeable and very friendly, but she made the transaction easy.
I would highly recommend Ebid Transport to anyone who needs to get their vehicle from point A to point B. Even the guy dropping off my car had a nice smile for me.
I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I am really satisfied with the service and would definitely use it a second time! There were no hold times and they were right on time. The customer service was impressive. I dealt with Danielle who has friendly and helped make the whole experience much easier. The staff as also very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this service to anybody, they were great!
I can only wish that I could say the same for the Chevy Dealer in Albany NY.
