Great customer service despite problem

Eric was nice and the process to arrange the shipment was easy; however, there was some miscommunication and the shipping company ended up delivering my car four days earlier than eBidTransport had told me it would arrive, which forced me to have to change the delivery address (because I wasn't yet at the destination) and pay with a credit card over the phone (rather than COD) and incur a 3% additional fee. Eric did ultimately refund the 3% fee to me, so other than the inconvenience, everything worked out fine.
