This was our first experience with selecting an auto transport company - when trying to select a company I found great reviews and poor reviews of the same companies. I picked etransport for their overall positive reviews. There was a little confusion on the initial contact but it was very quickly remedied. The actual auto transporter was DoItAuto Transport - they too were very good to deal with - professional, friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off the car at their terminal as it was close to our address which helped with trying to coordinate schedules. The delivery date was a couple of days off which included a weekend, so it was not an unreasonable delay. The price was what was expected, and the vehicle arrived without damage and its contents were intact. Very pleased and very relieved!!
