Eric at EbidTransport was great! I was shipping my Monster Miata from a seldom traveled area of Washington state. He really worked the system to get me a timely pickup. He didn't stick me with any extra charges like some of the other transporters do in these cases. When my car arrived, the headlamp cover was missing. The wind had gotten under it because the mount was cracked. The cracked part was still on the car. The driver said he didn't want any problem with Eric, so he took $100 off of the amount I owed him. I was happy because it really wasn't the drivers fault. Otherwise the car arrived in great shape.
