I was dealing with Capital Transportation & Logistics Inc and they had been making promises and failing to come through on all of them...regardless of making all arrangements months ahead of time and confirming all details with one of their representatives. After Capital failed to come through and began ignoring my daily calls I decided to go with another company because I was getting close to being too late...I was moving from Florida to Texas and had all details staggered to my required departure from Florida so I cancelled with Capital. I googled auto transport companies and saw nothing but excellent reviews associated with eBidTransport so I called Eric and asked for a quote. He quoted a competitive rate and two hours later I was speaking with the driver. The following morning, within 10 hours of initial contact with Eric, my Jeep was loaded on a transport truck and the following day it was delivered in perfect condition to my friends in Texas. I move every few years because I am in the military and I have been switching up auto transport companies but from now on...it's eBidTransport every time!
