My experience with this move was wonderful. Jamie Lopez, the local carrier and driver, was very friendly and gave me a complete sense of confidence. Quite honestly, since I chose the least expensive carrier I could find, I didn't expect the service I received. The only negative comment I would have is that it was not truly a door to door service. We had to meet the drive at a location that he knew was big enough for his truck although our street was plenty wide enough. My daughter, who received the car in Austin, had to do the same thing. I certainly understand the need to do that sometimes but that should be discussed ahead of time instead of promising door to door because a customer might have to arrange for a ride home after dropping the car off. For me, however, it was not a big inconvenience and I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
