This was our second carrier hired while trying to move to our new duty station. The first one neglected to tell us that FEW DRIVERS work during Christmas. We ended up calling Margo and she explained how things worked and that most drivers are off during the holidays. It took a bit longer but at least these guys came through. My advice to anyone reading this is to wait until after the holidays to move your furniture or car.
