This was my first time shipping my car. I was very pleased with the rate and the service I received! I was a little sacred because the quote was low and didn't want the service to be lacking, BOY OH BOY WERE MY EXPECTATIONS MET AND EXCEEDED!!!! My car arrived in good condition and on time, it took about a week for the car to be delivered! The driver was gentle with the cars as he unloaded them and retrieved my car. I was very please and will be going through this company again when it is time for me to head back to the east coast! I really like being able to place belongings in the car and nothing was missing! Geat customer service!

The only thing I would have changed would have been that the pick up was not door to door. I had to coordinated other people dropping my car off at a public location and it was a small hassle to do this. Everything came together and the driver and the dispatch lady were very helpful and patient with me! When it was time for my car to be dropped off once again I needed to find a ride to meet at the designated drop off.
