I recently had my vehicle shipped across the country with Easy Car Move. My vehicle was picked up 2 days from the requested start time, which was in compliance with the 5 day window. When I was contacted for the pickup, the dispatcher provided me with a 2 hour time frame. The driver called me about an hour later to confirm the time, however I would not be home at the anticipated time. The driver was very flexible in accommodating my schedule and agreed to come an hour later. Initially, I was told it would take 7-9 days for a cross country transport, however my vehicle was delivered 4 days later. The promptness was appreciated! Again, the driver contacted me with an approximate delivery date and time and was very flexible in the meeting location and time frame. My only complaint is my car was SO DIRTY! Other than that, would recommend. Thanks!
