My reservation was activated on December 3rd for the first available pick up date of the 16th. When making arrangements on the phone I was told it would be picked up by the 21st. I input all of my information and agreed only to not have my car picked up. I tried repeatedly to call, sent emails, and left messages to never be answered. I finally received a generic email that there were delays on Decemeber 26th and tried to call for information and returned to get no answer or call back. Finally after the new year someone answered and I was informed that all of the drivers took time off for the holidays and wouldn't be back until the 7th. I have never heard of independent contractors (truck drivers) taking 3 weeks of no income, not to mention the number of transport vehicles we saw during our cross country drive or the number of transports that have been in our old neighborhood over the holidays. I was upset and informed them I would be researching my options. At no time did I say cancel my order but did ask if I would be charged if I did cancel. Apparently that means cancel and due to being upset and a bad connection I did not realize he was cancelling my order right then. I received an order cancelled email and instantly called them and said I did not want the order cancelled. I called back today January 7th only to find it was not fixed and the new quoted price is double the initial quote. Please avoid this company. I am now stuck in Georgia while my vehicle is stranded in Texas. Thanks to this company a military family move is quickly becoming a nightmare and they are lying and saying I told them to cancel the order and the tape was reviewed by 2 people. Maybe if they would keep up communication with their customers they wouldn't have people getting frustrated by not knowing what is going on.
