I made a deposit and a few days later I got a call from the driver saying I will be there in a few hours. Actually took 5 hours because of traffic but the driver kept me informed every so often by calling and letting me know how far he was. He got to the house and was very nice, picked up the car and told me he would try to drop off by Saturday. I got a call Saturday evening and he said no one open the door so he dropped the car in the parking lot and the keys in the key drop off. Done Deal. They couldnt of made this process more easy if they tried. Great service.
