Carlos promised a price and assured me he could secure a carrier from Kansas to Utah. After taking my down payment he no longer answers his phone. I've now waited 5 days for my car to be picked up. Carlos promised no more than 3 days with delivery within 5 days. He is no longer returning texts, refuses to answer his phone, and his mailbox has been full the entire time. Apparently I'm not the only disappointed client.
