I spoke to Carlos to ship my son's car from California to Louisiana. He quoted $900 and asked for $155 deposit on March 8. But after the payment it was very hard to get ahold of him. He doesn't answer the phone and seldom responds to text. He told me that the car would be picked up in a few days but it never happened. All I got were several excuses by text. Fast forward to March 21 and the car still hasn't been picked up. Since he doesn't answer the phone I asked by text to cancel the pick up and give me back my deposit but I'm still waiting. If you want peace of mind, DO NOT use this company.
