Please do not state things that are not true. and we will never nor have any need to prey on any family military or otherwise as a matter of fact we are a military family and we are a 100% legit company who pays there taxes and monthly fees and hold a 75k bond .Unfortunately things did nit work out as planned with your trip because of miscomunication or other wise ,are goal is to provide logistic services sometimes things do occur and some routes have more available drivers than others no drivers called on your route ,we have not contested any refunds made by you.
