Quote is different than what was discussed. No receipt of deposit was received until I asked for it. Cancellation e-mail does not have any cancellation number or confirmation number. Promised to call back and when to pick up the car is very inappropriate. All in all, the service is very unprofessional. I need to look for a better service somewhere. I filed a dispute to get my deposit back. My bank will check on all the reviews that was similar to my situation, and I guaranteed that they will see more. Thank you.
