Rossi was excellent with communicating and booking, esp. in a very last-minute/long-distance request after Nexus flaked on my original booking. The driver Nick was also very communicative and even arrived a day earlier than was expected, with the cars in perfect condition. Thank you so very much for helping to facilitate a last-minute request at a very stressful time of move!
