The driver was prompt and stayed in contact during the shipment. He called Monday to say he'd be there at noon on Tuesday. He let us know early Tuesday that he would be delayed until 7:00. (OK, I can handle anything with a little notice!). He was there promptly at 6:30 and was pleasant, professional, and polite. The car arrived in the same condition as it was shipped. No surprises, no problems, no issues. I did not deal with them directly with any financial transactions (used a broker), but couldn't ask for anything more from their service.
