What an awesome experience!

We were having our daughter's vehicle moved from Portland to Chicago. We spoke with many of the "big name" auto moving companies and no one could give us a date certain as to when our car would/could be picked up and delivered and they couldn't guarantee a price. Additionally, they cost many hundreds of $$ more. Eagle Auto Transport gave me 1 quote, nothing extra, no extra delivery fees, nothing, and they were able to give me an accurate window for pickup and delivery. They actually picked up earlier and dropped off earlier, which we really appreciated. The driver (Eddie) was a super nice guy on both ends - with my daughter and with us.. He stayed in touch with us and gave us an approx ETA and finally, made sure it was at a time that was most convenient to our schedule. He did such a good job, we gave him a tip, which he did not expect and was definitely grateful for. The vehicle was in excellent shape and the few items packed inside arrived safe and sound. In this crazy and oftentimes confusing world of auto transport, Eagle came out with 5 stars in our book. They are a local company to where we live and I'm so glad we went with them instead of one of the "biggies", further proving that bigger isn't always better. Thank you Rossi and Eddie!
