My good friend highly recommended Eagle Auto Transport when I made a last minute decision to transport my vehicle from Kansas City, MO to San Francisco, CA. I immediately gave them a call. Paul was the dispatcher who gave me all the information regarding quotes, estimated pick-up date, and transport time. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I honestly did not know what to expect. I called about 1.5 weeks prior to my pick-up date. I really needed my vehicle picked up on Saturday as my flight was on Sunday. I contacted Paul initially on 5/23 and he told me he was working on my order to find a driver. I probably called Paul every day during the week leading up to 6/4 (my pick-up date). I was starting to get worried they would not find me a driver because even the morning of my pick-up date when I spoke with Paul he told me they were still working on my order. Well, Paul came through and by afternoon he gives me a call telling me he had a driver on the way and would be at my place in 2 hours for pick-up. The transport was covered and the cost was exactly what Paul initially quoted me for $900.

My driver was Alex. He is absolutely the sweetest. He helped check my vehicle marking down all previous marks and scratches, loaded up my car, and told me he would meet me in CA in a few days. I completely trusted my vehicle being transported by Alex and Eagle Auto Transport. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and will work hard to make sure they get you a driver during your pick-up time frame. Alex met me in CA in 3 days. He dropped my car off right in front of my house and everything was exactly the way I left it. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company. I felt completely taken care of the whole time. Paul even followed up with me after I received my vehicle to make sure everything was okay. If you are ever looking for a company to transport your car cross country, you have to go with Eagle Auto Transport. They are fantastic and your car will be in good hands!
