Stop harassing my sister!!! I am the one who released the vehicle to your subleased driver!! You should be ashamed of the why you do business and how you treat your customers!!! How dare you call her and yell at her like she was your pet dog!!

These people SUBLET out their work. They sit in an office and DISPATCH/BROKER out the orders. They don't EVER see any of the vehicles that are being transported under their name. Common sense would tell an experienced driver that a soft top on ANY vehicle SHOULD be put on the lower part of the transporter not on the top. I will not sit by and have words put in my mouth that WAS NOT said! I told your driver that I PREFFERED that the vehicle be put on the bottom and he (John) said he would put it there. Upon delivery the vehicle was on the top of the transporter with the soft top ripped and mangled. I will not be treated like I am a ignorant female being I come from a history of family owned AND operated towing company. The vehicle did not sit for over 2 1/2 years. It did NOT only get driven on the beach AND the top is NOT the original being I still have the receipt for it being replaced in 2005. If I had known this was going to happen, I would of transported the vehicle myself! All we are asking for is reimbursement for the damaged top as it needs to be replaced because it was damaged beyond repair, not a free ride as stated by Joe. If your company IS fully insured as required by law there should be no problems.

Please stop and think about your actions and do the right thing!
