They've Struck Again! Beware Do Yourself A Favor...

I received a call from Phil on Thursday 4/23/09 stating that they could transport my vehicle for $595. Not to mention that this same company sent me a quote online for $550 which was $45 less than Phil quoted on the phone when HE called ME. I began to decline because I had already received a quote for $500. Phil said that he would check to see if he could match the rate and would call me back in 10 min. I expressed the urgency of needing to have my vehicle picked up by Saturday afternoon because I was flying out of town and I was assured by Phil my vehicle would be picked up by Friday. He said he'd call back later that day with the pickup information scheduled for 4/24/09. Well I got no call that day. I called the next day and Phil was surprised he said "What? No one called you? Okay I'll call you back with the info." He called me back and gave me the number for a dispatcher named Heather from the Georgia area. He also proceeded to take my card info and said they wouldn't bill me for the deposit until Monday, 3 days later. Phil said would text me his cell number in case I needed him over the weekend and to call Heather in 30 min. I called Heather in 30 min and there was no answer. I proceeded to call her the rest of morning and there was still no answer. Finally that afternoon I was able to reach her and she said the driver was in North GA which was excellent because I live in North GA . I called Phil on his cell Friday night at 11:45pm. He returned the call 12:15am. I told him my vehicle was never picked up, Heather wasn't answering and I left her voice messages. He said he would get on this in the morning. Morning came around I called Phil and Heather numerous time and got no answer. I looked for another company but unfortunately they were all closed over the weekend. I was referred to this sight to find out that this company had done this to others and it was now happening to me! Then a dispatcher Ken called me and said Heather left my paperwork on his desk. He said the Driver was in Alabama and to my dismay he wouldnt be there until after my flight was scheduled to leave. I got the run around all day and they had the nerve later that night to say the drive was now in South GA. Can you guess what happened next? No one showed up. That night I called all three culprits. No one answered. I left a voicemail and text message to cancel the order and do not charge my card. Well today I checked my bank statement online and guess what? They charged my card yesterday 4/27/09. I tried to clear that account so no charges could come through, but it did, resulting in a negative balance with extensive bank fees. I called Phil today inquiring why I still got charged. He said he would return my deposit today. Lets hope so because the others on this site have said they had a problem with that as well. I had to call my bank so they can investigate this and reverse the charges. This is way too much trouble for a vehicle that was never even picked up. I wish I knew about this site before I ever chose to employ this company. Please don't let these people fool you too!
