Pickup terminal was not aware that I would be dropping the car. Since it was Saturday and EZ Auto Movers was not available by phone, I had to convince them that the car would be picked up and I would pay for storage by leaving my credit card # with them. (I had agreed with EZ to pay any storage). Contract required delayed delivery therefore car stayed 12 days in pickup terminal as opposed to the the estimated 5 days ........... I had to pay 12 days storage.

Car did arrive timely and in good condition.

i will use them in the future but will insist that they notify and confirm with the terminal.


Overall, the service was excellent- -this was my third time moving an auto with this company. The price paid was lower or equal to other quotes.
