This company takes your deposit and then you never hear from them again. I emailed and called about damages to my vehicle and no response from them (Joe). Joe hires other transport companies to do his business. They are NOT a transport company they are brokers. The deposit is their fee for finding the transport company which you can do online or by making some phone calls yourself. Don't use this company find someone that actually owns their own vessels and does not sub contract to other companies. I'm out about 600. dollars to fix the damages my vehicle occurred by John at Arc Auto Transport trying to tell me it was my fault the vehicle was damaged. I'm sorry but my vehicle WAS NOT damaged before they picked it up. Hey John stop trying to pick up every women you see it's kind of creepy how you asked if all my women friends were single. And the phone conversation I had with you was scary too and very unbusiness like. I was scared to actually come face to face with John. Thank God I had my Sister take pictures of my vehicle before they picked it up to show that there was NO damage to my vehicle. Now I'm going to dispute the deposit Joe charged me maybe then I'll actually get a call back from them to take me seriuosly. Stay away from this company please.

She booked the car with us for pickup on 2/23 we picked it up at 2/24 and delivered it on 2/28 not bad. This car is 22yrs old it has been sitting for 2 1/2 years in Hyannis MA. It is all rusted and was only driven to the beach and back. My driver couldn't even chain it down it was so rusted underneath the car. In transport the snaps that hold the roof down to the car pulled away because the material was so worn out. I owe this girl nothing at all and neither does my driver. my last 25 reviews are good ones because i care about my customers and my business. She is trying to get something for nothing. Thank You Joe.
