Its nice to know that there are companies out there that do still care about their customers and quality of service they provide. I was already stressed because the car that needed to be moved was my son's car who is overseas in the military. I reside in Maryland and my son is based and resides in Norfolk, Va., which is where he left his car. He did of course talk to his rental office and explained to them of his deployment and informed them of how long he would be gone and was given the okay to leave it in his assigned spot. Totally unexpected, I recieved a call late Friday afternoon informing me the car had been towed and what was needed to be done to get the car back. I had been having issues with my health and that call was the last thing I needed to hear at that time. What a mess. I started calling around to car movers searching for one that was reasonable in price and one that could assist me in a timely manner. After speaking with several movers, I wasn't satisfied with the information given to me. Either they were extremely pricey or their earliest pick-up was three days later (which was not good). The tow company was charging per day and I did not want to pay no more than what was already being charged. Finally, I called EZ Movers. Frantically, I explained the situation to them and with great concern I was told, "don't worry we'll take care of it right away", which is what I needed to hear. The gentleman took my information and a quote was given. To my surprise from previous quotes, I was quite satisfied and relieved. He even expressed his concerns and appreciation for my son serving in the military and added a special "thank you", which was really nice. There were other minor roadblocks dealing with the tow company but EZ Movers were patient, hassel-free and ready to pick-up once the okay was given. Unlike the other movers they weren't ringing my phone off the hook and emailing me every five minutes, they just simply said when you're ready, we're ready. After everything was finalized I gave Joe at EZ Movers a call. Shortly there after I recieved a call from Joe letting me know the car was being picked-up and shortly after that I recieved a call from the driver scheduling delivery. I was greatly impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the care and expertise shown and the timelyness of service. I highly recommed EZ Movers for your transport needs. Joe, I cannot "Thank You" enough for all you've done for me and my son. God Bless You.
