I did all the planning for this car move for my elderly parents over the internet. Steve Gerbino did the estimating and other particulars with online chat. Phil Von Esch was so helpful setting things up with the contractor online. Contract was sent via internet. My parents signed and I faxed it to EZ the next day, (Thursday). Car was ready on Nov. 14, (Friday) On Nov. 17 (Monday) the drivers came to get the car from my house in Troy, MI . They waited until I was home from work at 4:00 pm, then promptly checked it over and drove it to their moving company. They were courteous and professional, answered all my questions. All appropriate paperwork was given to me and signed.
By Wednesday evening, my parents had their car in Ellenton, FL. They were very happy. They were able to pay for the move with their credit care prior to delivery, which made it nice for them since my dad is quite housebound. My mother said the driver who brought her car was very nice, and the car was in perfect condition. They drive the car very little, so they are very aware of taking good care of it.
The entire operation took less than a week. I call that service. I did see that there were some other companies who quoted much higher for service that quick. I am very grateful that EZ accomodated me so well. We will certainly look them up again!
