Costumer service is very poor. Contact person was very responsive at first when coordinating with you regarding a quote. After deposit was taken, it's very hard to reach the contact person who I spoke with.They would give you so many excuses why you cannot hold of the person you negotiated with. Phil gave several dates to send out a carrier. All dates were a no show and wasted our time with not even a phone call to cancel or update about the pick-up. Be aware about this company, they are very good with deal negotiations but are never up to their word. Dont give them any money until you see the vehicle transport contract and after your car has been picked up because you will never see your money again.
