The company did not request deposit payment BEFORE the car was definately scheduled to be picked up in New York. The pick up schedule was within 3 days of of notifying me of date and time and, those dates and times were kept.
The delivery date was kept as promised and the car arrived clean and washed. I was delighted. Other auto movers demanded a deposit even before they had found a trucker to arrange pick up and could never predict when and/or even IF the car would be picked up.
