I was very hesitant at first in booking with this company because of all of the negative feedback from this review website. I contacted Jonathan on Saturday via email and via phone. I then got a call from him in Monday morning. Our previous transport service hadn't pulled through even though we put down a deposit. Our cars were suppose to be shipped out last week, so we were on a tight schedule. When Jonathan called me on Monday and I told him I needed three cars to be shipped across country ASAP. He first had quoted me for Wednesday but told me he'd try harder to find someone sooner. Jonathan had then called me 5 minutes later and said he'd have someone that evening. I totally thought it was a hoax and that he wasn't going to pull through. Because of the history of other companies, I was very skeptical. Jonathan pulled through, even promised to not charge me a deposit until the driver was literally at my front door. All cars came on time and were in the same condition we had sent them. Jonathan had great customer service and I would highly book with him again.
