No personal contact. Called several times. On the last day of pick up, they said it was delayed 4to6 days. Had to cancel because I' m on a tight schedule to get back to Maryland for cancer treatment. Price was right. $502 to transport from Florida to Maryland. Will never use again. Now other truckers are trying to rip me off with prices 2 to $300 higher! I've decided to drive. With the extra money I can have a great road trip!
