My first time trying to transport a vehicle across country. I didn't do any reviews of any companies but I received a lot of quotes. Of course I went with the company who was offering the lowest price. When we first contacted this company,( Feb 3rd) the person on the phone was courteous and promised the car would be picked up within 7 days. It all went downhill from there. After 7 days we hadn't heard a word from the company. I tried to contact them via email, to which they never responded. The only "update" I received was the status of my transport going from "on time" to "delayed 4-6 days." On the 7th and 8th day of the "delay", I again contacted company via email, with no response. Only thing happened was the status was now changed to "2 week delay."
I understand delays happen, but when you cannot explain to your customer why there is a delay or even acknowledge that they are asking for an update, there is a problem here.
I cancelled my move with this company on Feb 22nd due to waiting 3 weeks with no contact from the company.
