I submitted my request a week or so in advance and needed my vehicle picked up by Friday September 27th because I was flying out on the 30th, I never heard or they never updated their website till October 1 after I sent them an email asking when my vehicle would be picked up. An hour later I checked on the website and they updated the status to delayed which meant it would take an additional 4-6 days to be picked up. At this point I canceled my request and went with another carrier. No communication whatsoever and I will never use them in the future. Thanks
