BAD DEAL!!

Quoted me what I thought was a fair price but little did I know it was a price at which NO driver would accept. My F-1500 truck has been sitting for over 2 weeks now with no driver assigned. The correspondence from E Z Auto during this time was an e-mail saying my truck was delayed because of a "Route Delay"! Said they were sorry and would keep monitoring the situation and let me know something in 5-days. Five days came and went - No explanation no phone call to explain just sit and wait sucker!

My attempts to contact a live person to voice my concern and to and understand what was actually going on were made in vane! Don't call them on the weekends cause they aren't there! Other brokers pick up the phone not E Z Carriers! My last response from them was today (8/3) via e-mail saying they had "approved my cancellation"! That was interesting as I did not realized I had requested a cancellation. I had simply asked them to call me...no call...just an e-mail cancellation notice! What a great way to run a business!

At the end of the day there is NOTHING EASY about doing business E Z Auto Carriers!

STAY AWAY if you seriously want your vehicle transported!
