AVOID THIS COMPANY! I was given a 5 day window to have my car picked up. I called the company several times to verify a pick up day and time. Each time I was told that the driver will be there by 10pm of the 5th day. When he didn't show, I called the after hours emergency number. I was put through to a voice mail where the message promised a call back in a matter of minutes. I never received a call. I ended up having to drive the car myself. A company representative did finally call me two days after the scheduled pick-up. He has no idea about what had transpired. This company has serious communication and organizational issues, the least of which is their ability to deliver on their promises.
