DELAYED with no assurance

Order placed and excepted for an enclosed carrier to pick up from new BMW dealer in KS and ship to our BMW dealership in Idaho. Online dates for pick up were between 6/6 & 6/10. On 6/12 when that status had not changed, I phoned customer service.

Even though the customer service agents intent was to explain the "enclosed carrier" part of the request had created the delay, his only "way out" was for me to hope for it to be picked up in the next 6 days, perhaps and that wasn't for certain.

When I checked with customer service today 6/13 to see if they had had any progress in nailing down a window with some certainty. I was told that could be accomplished only if I went with what his dispatcher said was going to cost me over $1400 now rather than the $1082 to do that.

No way is this professional, if you have no better control over your "trucks" than these guys, hmm...I suppose for individual delivery service it would be different than if you are running a business. Their unprofessionalism in not following through and then trying to raise their quote .............Would not recommend to anyone who expects a professional car moving company.
