I don't like being lied too, I understand that it takes time to get a truck in position, but I called on the 19th and your dispatch told me it will be picked up in 48 hours. On the 26th it was still sitting in the drive way. And when I tried to call you to ask when the car will be picked up no one answered or returned my calls from the messages I left. I also emailed and no response, from what I gaither this is a very competitive business so pissing off customers is probably not a good idea!
