After they activated my account I never heard a word from them. When it was 2 days before pickup I called to find out where the pick up was. Couldn't get in touch with anyone. Left messages and emails nothing! I finally got someone to call me back and they told me the pick up was 4 DAYS DELAYED after giving them 5 days to pick it up. Why didn't they just call and tell me? No guts, they might have lost the account? What? Well I gave them the option of picking it up in the next 3 days and they said they couldn't. That's what lost them the account. I understand that things happen that can't be helped, but I gave them 2 chances and they couldn't come through. I won't ever use them again, and I will tell anyone that will listen not to use them. Just be honest, even if it might lose you some business. In the long run you will come out ahead.
