Now after several weeks of being horsed around, about the damage they did to my car in transport, I was told by the agent and the carrier that I should just go ahead and sue them...which I will. I was informed by the carrier that the driver had also damaged 2 other vehicles in the same trip and was immediately fired afterwards. I am 48 years old and have never had to sue anybody before...but I have no other recourse. We all understand in life that things can go bad, but as an agent and a carrier you'd think these people could stand up to the plate and deal with their customers in a forthright manner. So if you need your car transported from one place to another, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
