Had a very good experience with Duo-fast. Expect instantaneous response until you pay your holding fee then it's a little harder to get questions answered. I requested a pick-up date and that's when the driver showed up. Four days later our car was across the country in the same condition that it was when it left. Driver was courteous and helpful. We had good communication while the truck was in transport. I would definitely use again but understand that Duo-fast is only the broker and drivers change with each load.
