On April 4, 2012 I signed a contract and put down $100 deposit to have my 2001 Cadillac Catera transported. I was told that it would go on the National Board for pick up and should have it picked up by April 9, 2012. On April 18, 2012, I called and asked what was going on with my transport. They apologized, as it is a nationwide problem that drivers aren't available. I asked if it would help if I increased the amount for the service. So, we tried that. I was asked to give them until April 20, 2012 to see if they could fulfill their end of the contract. I agreed. As of today, April 23, 2012, my vehicle has still not been picked up to be delivered. Now, since they can not fulfill their end of the agreement I decided to cancel my contract. Of all things, they are now charging me a cancellation fee! I could understand if I cancelled for some reason of my own, but this was because they could not find a driver for my vehicle. I talked to them about this and the only response I got was, "per your contact it is the fee". After talking even with the department manager I got the same response. I'll be honest, I lost my cool and gave them every piece of my mind!
I am now on a very tight schedule to get this vehicle moved by the end of the month. Once again, I have to put out for quotes and because of the time frame it will be expedited shipping. As I have been writing this review I have had a load of quotes coming in. I have found a transport company, Corporate Auto Transport, that will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow! What Duo Fast couldn't do all month Corporate Auto Transport did in one hour!

We explained to the customer that because she changed her drop off address (making it 150 miles further away) we could not keep the same price. She insisted that she keep the same price and we were not able to get a driver. She went on to double post and triple post her car on the same national board. She ended paying more than 180 dollars more than what it would have cost her with duofast at the revised price do to the extra miles. If she wishes to ship another car with us we are still willing to help her with her transport needs.
