I was referred to Dream Car Connections through a local car club, once Imade contact with Rick I immediately felt comfortable knowing I was talking to the actual person hauling my new toy. I was cautioned about dealing with brokers, I'm sure there are plenty of stories about those kinds of experiences.
Once Rick and I agreed to the price, he took over, he actually knew the seller from a previous transaction. Rick called me when he pulled out of the sellers driveway (Tennesee) on Saturday morning, he called on Monday to tell me he would be arriving between 7-8:00 pm that evening, depending on traffic (Seattle)
I received a call about 6:30 saying he was about forty five minutes away, I couldn't wait.
When he pulled up I was out in the street waiving my arms, he parked the trailed in front of the house and immediately opened the side dooor because he knew I wanted to see the new rig.
once we met face to face I knew my intuition was right, his equipment was spotless, all the gear, I had an immediate sense that I had picked the right guy.
I would HIGHLY recommend Rick Jakus, there are cheaper haulers out there but the extra money is WELL worth it given the care that Rick provides.
