Very bad experience

They under quote to get my intention, then they change the price on me. They said my car will be pick up in the next 7 days at the latest, after 10 days the car was still not pick up, I try to call them back to find out what up. No one answer the phone, I finally got in touch with the driver and he told me he was running behind, then his truck broke down the next day. (Saturday) I try to call dream auto transport, left three message, saturday and Sunday. On Monday after noon, still no call back, then late after noon I finally get someone on the phone and the guy said he will take care of it call me back in one hour. I never received a call back. I call 5 more time on Tuesday and I finally got Gavin on the phone. The guys was a total loser(deuche bag) I hang up. Did a charge back on my credit card and I call someone else. It cost me $525 to rent a car for the week. Ps: sorry for my English, I am French.

HP Carriers LLC was assigned to run the route they had vehicle problems and couldn't run the route this was over the weekend after business hours on Saturday the office was closed for the weekend. So I wasnt able to recieve the messages until Monday Eric had a meltdown by then. And felt as though I did something wrong by not being in the office to reschedule a new carrier right away. I guess you win some you lose some.
