I'm a pastor out of Oklahoma City and I purchased a 2006 Lexus GS 430 from Chicago. I had the car checked out at local Lexus Dealership and had a friend check the vehicle out. We then needed to find a shipper. We searched the internet and found a company that does bids and such, I think it was u-ship. It was difficult to understand, there were a lot of terms to agree to and they kept calling and e-mailing me daily.

We called several other places to get some comparisons in prices and and the range was anywhere from $500 to $1,000. My wife ran across Door to Door Auto Transport and they quoted her $425. I got on the phone with them because I was skeptical that my car would end up over seas or something. I talked to Alex personally and asked him very pointed questions. He was a very straight shooter, honest, explained how the process for shipping brokers and companies worked etc. We were even skeptical about securing it on our credit card, nonetheless we went ahead and made the commitment.

Once we made the commitment, Alex called back shortly after and said he had a transport secured, pick-up date would be that afternoon . According to by buddy in Chicago, the car was promptly picked up by a professional driver and it was throughly inspected. The car arrived at our door in Oklahoma City (home of the OKC Thunder) the next day.

I don't normally take the to write reviews; however Door To Door exceeded our expectations in price, honesty, product delivery and customer service. This was the first time we have ever used auto shipping and if I ever have to do it again, I'll call Alex at Door To Door. I'd highly recommend that you do the same.

Your transport is a perfect example of why customers should choose a broker who will not leave you alone once the carrier is found. It took some extra phone calls and emails to communicate with your seller and many companies just aren't willing to do that. I'm so glad that I could help you and I hope you enjoy.
