The length of time for delivery was longer than I expected, but the transport occurred in the middle of January with heavy snow fall and cold temperatures. The driver was courteous and professional and called to check-in as he got closer to my location. My bill has $50.00 higher than I expected, but it was explained to me the driver had to make an unexpected trip to pickup my car with hazardous driving in the midwest. My overall experience was "good" considering the time of year. The car was dirty, but the driver had no control over this with winter weather from Ohio to Texas. I couldn't find any damage from the transport and nothing was taken from the vehicle.
