This is the first time that I have ever shipped a vehicle. At the end of the day, the job was done well - car was shipped. However, I agree with another customer rating this company, the only thing I would have wanted was communication (phone or email) about what was and was not happening, in addition to securing a carrier. My situation was complicated and I think needed more interface, even just in brief email exchanges, it wasn't easy to get that interface. The process is just as important to me as the result. Eventually, my vehicle was shipped and the carrier was amazing to work with. I would try this company again because they kept trying to do the job they said they would - whether they told me or not - they worked for me.
