Hopefully you're reading the reviews on this page before you've actually sent any money to this company (I hesitate to even call it a company since it is, in my mind, obviously a SCAM).

Use these guys instead because you can look them up on the better business bureau site:

My Story In a Nutshell:
Scheduled a pickup. They came by THE NEXT DAY with a truck.
The driver
1) "didn't speak English" (which I don't believe)
2) couldn't print out a contract or some kind of legal agreement regarding the transport of the vehicle
3) refused to leave the premises when informed that the pick up service was no longer wanted until, of course, the police were called (then left in a hurry)

I found these reviews just in time and never sent any money to Eugene, so I told the driver to leave almost as soon as he arrived. This brings up why I think it's a SCAM.

Why it's a SCAM:
1) Form of payment is untraceable
Willing to pick up my car without receiving any sort of payment (not even a deposit). They took down a credit card number (I would suggest cancelling that card ASAP) but never charged the card. Why would they not charge the card? Charging a card is traceable (if it's a US based company). Please refer to the APPENDIX at the end of the email to see the payment options they sent in an email to me.
2) Eugene has CallerID but claims that "if you call me from this *your current* phone, the calls will be sent directly to me". Why lie about the fact that you're the only one working the phones/running the company? Want to appear more legit/bigger than you are?
3) Read the other posts about how the cost went up on people AFTER Eugene took their car. Sounds like he picks up cars cheap (or in my case, even for free) then delivers after you pay hundreds if not thousands more.
4) They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau or anyone else. (I know, not a show-stopper but it helps to know that the business actually exists when you're shipping your car)
