Driver contacted me Friday for a Monday scheduled pick-up. He was willing to wait until Monday as agreed, however, we compromised for a Saturday pick-up because I had a second car available. Car arrived in same condition, early on the delivery end.
Make sure you specify in advance whether you want wheel straps, vice hooks, for securing your car to the truck bed. There were limited amount of straps available at the time of pick up but the driver found a way to use them on my vehicle. Had there not been any available, the driver would have had to hammer out the factory installed rubber blocks at the mounting locations.
Intend to use Done Right for my next cross-country transport.
