I have not been pleased with my experience with "Done Right." Initially they sounded like a good company. I was contacted via the phone with a quote and told that they had a vehicle in my area to pick up my auto on the day I needed. However, to this requires a $100 deposit (non-refundable). But, Johan on the phone sounded very knowledgeable and nice so I thought everything was good.

But...
First, I started getting calls from two different truck drivers more than a week before my pick-up date. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails to "done right" I finally found out that they had mistakenly assigned/contracted for a truck early

Then, when my actual pick-up date came up, I didn't get a call from the company or the truck. When I tried to reach the company, I first talked with I think Danny who said that the truck would be there on my scheduled day and that he would call me back....this was at around 1100 on the day. Not only did he not call me back, but when I tried to call again a few hours later, all I got was an answering machine. Since then, my 4 other calls have all reached the "answering machine" with a return call or email.

I have now been contacted by the truck, but it is later than the scheduled day.

Be wary of their contract of the "10 day window" which is apparently how they will justify not picking it up on your date if that occurs. My frustration isn't that the truck is late, as much as their is no notification process....which has increased my stress level tons. If the truck is going to pick up on the "guaranteed/reserved spot" then have the decency to call me and let me know.

the company has a low price, but I think that going with a company that actually has its own trucks or costs more is better. I'm sure that the actual truck driver will be fine, but as far as the company of "done right"....my experience has been very poor and would recommend going with someone else.

Dear Mr Not_Happy, I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with our company. I do understand your level of frustration though. Sir, in all fairness our phone lines where having maintenance conducted during the week of your scheduled vehicle pick-up. Were again sorry about that. And please understand that the 10 day window allows us flexibility when it comes to scheduling your pick-up date. Unfortunately, we can not account for unforeseen events that may delay the pick-up of any vehicle, we do try our best to narrow that window. About, your deposit. All deposits are refundable if, the car is not picked up within that 10 day window guaranteed. Understand we tried our best to remedy your situation and made sure we got your vehicle delivered on time.
